Cancelation for One-Time Orders
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team via email at support@continualg.com or fill the form for cancelation.
After the 2-hour window, the order may already be processed and no longer eligible for cancelation. If the item has been shipped, you may still initiate a return once it is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer flexible subscription options so you’re always in control of your deliveries.

Please ensure any changes are made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged

Billing Policy

Subscription billing is automated based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 15 days, monthly, etc.).

Cancelations made after a charge is processed will take effect from the next cycle.
Refunds on Cancelations

Any orders canceled within the eligible window will be refunded within 5–7 business days as per our Refund Policy, once we have received back the product in the original packaging.
