To place a new order, click on "Buy now", and follow the steps:

  1. Select your option
  2. Enter quantity
  3. Click "Add to cart"

  5. Enter Shipping address
  6. Select payment method
  7. Confirm payment

You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Note: If any special promo code is applicable, please ensure you are registered/logged in to the website first and apply the coupon code on the checkout page.

Fill in the form to submit a request for cancellation for an order. Please specify the invoice no in the form.

For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, the 'Shipping & Handling' Fee will be adjusted against the refundable amount.

For the guest checkout, the invoice will be forwarded to your email address. If you do not receive the invoice, please send an email query to support@continualg.com quoting your order number & full name.

You cannot change the type of order at your end neither can we!
Follow the undermentioned steps:

  • Cancel your existing Order by filling the prescribed form to submit a request for cancellation for an order. Please specify the Order invoice no in the form. (Refer link I want to cancel my order)
  • Write to us in detail on the cancellation order submitted on
  • Reorder afresh from the website www.continualg.com/buy-now from any of the subscription packages offered – eg, 30 day/60 day/90 days subscription.

Please ensure that the shipping information on your account is complete and accurate so that your shipments will be delivered to the correct location. Continual-G/IND Research Lab is not responsible for any missing deliveries due to address forwarding or incorrect addresses.

If you have not received your order, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the expected order date.

Orders shipped outside of USA are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this time. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details.

If your order was damaged in transit or you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the order date.

In an event that you are not satisfied with your purchase of Continual-G®, you may reach out to us via email at . On receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the product can be returned within 10 days of the RMA issuance. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the box and send it to: INID Research Lab / SKU2U Returns Department, 14401 Sovereign Road, Suite 101, Fort Worth, TX. 76155. All unopened boxes and even a single unopened box will be accepted for return.

The purchase price (less delivery charges/shipping & handling @ $11.00) will be refunded to you using the original payment method when the package is shipped within the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period. The 30-Day period is defined by the actual day the product was shipped to you. For your security, return your package using an insured carrier and retain the receipt for your records.

Yes. After placing your first subscription order, you’ll receive an email with a link to your account dashboard. From there, you can:

  • Update shipping information
  • Pause/resume, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime

We’ve migrated to a new and improved website! To continue receiving your subscription, please re-activate it through the new site by following these steps:

  • Visit continualg.com
  • Find your product and select the “Subscribe & Save” option.
  • Choose your preferred plan and complete checkout using the same email ID used for your previous subscription.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email and access to your new dashboard.

No, once your subscription is active, you can not modify your plan within your subscription portal.

Go to Manage Subscriptions in your account dashboard to pause, skip or cancel anytime.
Please ensure any changes are made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

1) To pause the subscription, click on the Pause option on the top right. You will see a pop-up message to pause your current subscription.

2) To skip your next subscription (up to 24 hours before your next renewal), click on Skip option as shown below. You will see a pop-up message to skip your next renewal.

3) To resume your subscription, click on Resume on the top right. You will see a pop-up message to confirm your subscription renewal.

4) To cancel the subscription, click on Cancel option on the top right. You will see a pop-up message to confirm your cancellation.

It looks like you selected “Auto Shipments when you placed your order. Continual-G® is available as a regular subscription or as a single order.

You cannot change the type of order at your end, nor can we!
If you wish to cancel, you may do so through your dashboard. Please refer to the steps mentioned in “What if I need help managing my subscription?”

No, there are no fees assessed when cancelling your subscription. However, your subscription will need to be cancelled prior to being processed. Any cancellation after the order is processed is liable for a processing & handling fee of $11.

Depending on your subscription preferences, you are billed as follows:

Currently, the subscription cycle date cannot be changed once your plan is set. However, you can still manage your deliveries by:

  • Skipping the next order
  • Pausing your subscription temporarily and resuming it at your convenience
